Your search profile data is used exclusively to generate relevant deal alerts. Usage data helps us improve alert quality and product experience. Your criteria are never shared with other users, brokers, or marketplace participants.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel required for service operation.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@10xsignal.com. Upon account cancellation, your search profile and historical data are deleted within 30 days.
